#210 Admin creation of Timesheet activities fails

When logged in as 'admin' and accessing "Timesheet activities" in the Administration module, clicking the 'Create' button navogates to the #DuneTimesheet.timesheetactivity.add page. This page allows for the addition of activities relating to the displayed timesheet, whereas the intention is to be able to add a 'Timesheet Activity' parameter.
