The patch adds bad-value support to the 'at' command.
Equivalent to 'list' it returns the string 'BAD' when a
bad value has been found.
To do this I added a new function: at_bad_c
Maybe, the original at_c function could be deleted, but
I didn't try.

The patch was accepted and applied to the CVS sources.
