It could be useful to allow the path to the ghostscript
binary to be specified as a command-line option. The
default gs (at /usr/bin/gs) on my system was
segfaulting on some PDFs, so I built a custom copy of
ghostscript (7.x version instead of 6.x). I then had to
modify GHOSTSCRIPT in pdftohtml's aconf.h and
recompiled. It then worked fine. However, this would
be easier if GHOSTSCRIPT couuld be specified as a
command-line option. Changing the PATH environment
variable probably would have worked too, but that could
have side effects.
