#7 wgetnstr and KEY_SHIFT_L

the wgetnstr() function captures the KEY_SHIFT_L or KEY_SHIFT_R
and displays a little arrow...

this is very bad since I cannot
input the colon ':' without the strange arrow before...

please
fix this.

    I have found and fixed the problem. It will be included in
    the next release of PDCurses (2.6), but if you need the fix
    soon, please let me know what platform (I guess WIN32), and
    whether the fix in source or a patched binary of the
    curses.dll or pdcurses.lib is required (and which compiler).
