#384 pcinitrd tries to copy /dev/ram but I only have /dev/ram0

There's a line looking like this in pcinitrd:

DEV="/dev/console /dev/null /dev/ram /dev/tty1
/dev/tty2 /dev/tty3 /dev/tty4"

It doesn't work on my computer because I don't have a
/dev/ram device. I only have /dev/ram0. It was trivial
for me to fix the problem by changing "ram" to "ram0,"
but maybe it is something that should be fixed in a
better way in future versions of pcinitrd?
