I'm using PCManFM git from june 2nd and I get randomly a segmentation fault after PCManFM is running for ~1 day. After the first crash appeared I have started PCManFM with gdb and a day later it crashed again.
I hope the latest changes in Git source tree fixed this issue. I'll make update in my PPA repository then tell you, I would like to know it's really fixed.
Build in the PPA finished with success. Please, update both libfm and pcmanfm packages and check if there are any crashes or leaks with new version in your environment (libfm/pcmanfm is in the pre-release state now).
Thank you very much!
I would like to hear from you if this bug still exists. Thank you very much!
I'm still testing this bug. The lot of updates the last days forced me to restart PCManFM. But in this time no crash appeared.
Thank you very much! I will wait then for your results!
The process is now running for ~3 days without a crash. It hasn't crashed the other days before too so I think this bug is fixed.
