I'm seeing the same error as reported on the mailing list already: https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=2103974&forum_id=527727
Hard disk volumes show up in the pcman file manager but I cannot mount them.

I get two empty error windows and one window saying directory not found. When running pcmanfm from console I get the following message once for each of the empty error windows:
(pcmanfm:5035): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text from markup due to error parsing markup: Error on line 1 char 73: '-' is not a valid character following a '<' character; it bay not begin and element name
Yes, it's confirmed. But I got no error in console. If I open pcman file manager as super user I can mount / umount and, then, other users can do it too. Maybe a problem with hal, I think.
The latest pcmanfm built on top of glib/gio doesn't have this problem. Please test the latest source code in git repository.
