Initial Comment:
The second use of FOR in the documentation is wrong.
The following parts should be changed:

Token Name: FOR.r,s,t,w,x,y,z

The following should be removed:
Variables Used (u): Number (Limit for in line progression).
Variables Used (v): Number (Value added in line until
totalMax is passed).

Note that the example is correct, but does not match
the rest of the document.

Hi Chuck,

I've removed the entries from my local copy, but the example
makes 0 sense to me, in the example the 2nd FOR appears to
have 10 variables attached.  If I'm to remove u and v that
would take it from 9 down to 7 (so I'm not even sure where
10 came from)

Can you tell me which ones to get rid of?
