Doesn't matter which wand either this applies to all kinds of wands. Found a similar bug in data section. The correct behaviour would be for the charges stored in the pcg file to override the ones held by the base item. If any older wands/staves etc are loaded with the new code they will be reset to only a single listing of number of charges. This will most likely have to be changed from the base number if the number of charges was modified. However, form the on the number of charges will remain at what the user has set and the cost will reflect this.
