King (kingpaul) >Assigned to: James Dempsey (jdempsey) Summary: Problems with MAXSPELLLEVEL.%class Initial Comment: From http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PCGenListFileHelp/mess age/8471 I'm trying to use MAXSPELLLEVEL.%class in an OS. It works fine by itself. But I need it to return a value, and then add 2 to that value. I can't figure out how to make it work. If I try |MAXSPELLLEVEL.%class+2| then I get an error "Unknown class number in token: MAXSPELLLEVEL.1+2". If I try |2+MAXSPELLLEVEL.% class| then it outputs "2+MAXSPELLLEVEL.1". If I put a space in ".%class +2", then nothing is output, and I get an Unknown class number error. Use of () in any fashion, causes the whole mess to get output as a literal string. Is this a generic problem or just a problem with MAXSPELLLEVEL? Chuck OS Chimp === Making p7 because OS bugs depend on this correction. Paul W. Just means I can copy the code rather than write it from scratch. Cheers, James. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Devon Jones (soulcatcher) Date: 2005-03-31 01:31 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=107647 Approved ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Paul W.
