Unless 50' means under 50', in which case it's ok.  But then for a kobold warrior 1 level, I'm getting +1 for this when the ranged block says +3.  I assumed that -2 was for the range penalty, and that 50' meant 50' and beyond.

In my case, 20' was at +2, so this is correct, just odd that 30' is showing up.
