It looks like you have a code issue then, not a data issue.

I just tested.  As it is coded, the Leadership Score ability works properly.  You take the Leadership feat, go to the temp bonus tab and apply it and the chooser pops up asking for your adjustment.

If you remove MULT:YES, the chooser does not pop up.
