I know this set passed OGL Review (I did it . . . :-) but without going
back through the set, was there any PI besides the Title?

As with the True20 set, I am waiting for a note from GR granting
permission to use the Title.

The *.pcc would have both ISOGL and ISLICENSED tags because parts are OGL
and parts are licensed PI. The Psychic feats needs a sourcepage tag, but
they should point to where the feat is detailed, which looks to be the
appendix 1.

Each non-psychic feat that is new for this source would need the NAMEISPI
tag. But unless you have all the sources listed in the Sec. 15 and can
verify which ones are new and which ones aren't just mark the ones that
aren't listed in the SRD as PI. Also you can use the attached PDF for the
EXTRAFILE tag.

As relates to the feats, once the "Coordinated Melee Attack" is stripped
out" (I missed that inclusion though I did see the note in the
declarations), does the NAMEISPI tag need to be included on each of the
(non-ogl) feat lines?  Or is this not 'PI' but rather simply 
'permissioned' as you say and how is that destinguished from ogl items? 
And again for clarity, should we have SOURCEPAGE tags for the 'Psychic'
feats?

As related to the ogl file and the COPYRIGHT tags in the .pcc, I got it
right . . . mostly!  I added the ISOGL tag to the pcc because most of the
data is ogl.  If the ISLISCENCED tag is included will the ISOGL tag be
removed?  Or is there a ay to simpley 'annotate' the liscenced material . .
. as an EXTRAFILE tag or some other mechanism?

I did add the Section 15 declarations to the ogl file and the COPYRIGHT
tags in the pcc verbatum, so that should be clear.

Umm Eric, I think you didn't check your cut and paste, starts listing
Modern Magic :)

And per their permission granted on March 6, 2002 (which unless told
otherwise is still in force) we have permission to use any new feats. The
only exception would be the "Coordinated Melee Attack" from chapter 5,
which is used via permission from Malhavoc Press, so that would need to be
clipped out unless we can get permission from it.

The Sec. 15 in the *.pcc and the OGL.txt has to match the original source
exactly, because they are using so therefore we are using it.

The only thing that would need done is the feat I mentioned clipped out,
the permission pdf I am going to upload to the exp folder, and a ISLICENSED
tag added to the *.pcc file. I'll try and get everything lined up tonoght
and ready for inclusion to the /permissioned folder.
