I use the same password file on two machines via dropbox, which has always worked fine. But because the file is on dropbox, I want the extension to be less obvious and so I recently switched it to .dat. On one laptop, no problem, but the other keeps looking for the old file, even after I have manually searched out the .dat file, opened it, made a change, saved, closed, and then closed pwsafe. How can I get it to let go of the old file it used to open?

Modify the config file and make sure u are using the latest version on both instances.
