Should be straightforward. Start up the installed desktop program, and instead of creating a new password database, point it to the file you've copied from your iPhone.

nothing is straightforward for this techno semi-literate user... I have a corrupted HD that was replaced; I can access the old HD; I have installed PWS 3.30 5195; I can access old program files in PWS 3.20.0 3060 on my old HD.
What file do I copy [I see 12], and what do I do with it, to be able to access my passwords in the new HD and new PWS version? Thank you.

Peter, the file you're looking for on your old disk is 'psafe.psafe3'. Copy it over to your new disk, select it by clicking on the '...' button in the PasswordSafe opening window, and you should be good to go.
