When using a database with a version of PWS that has a new database preference set to a non-default value, this is lost if the database is opened and saved by another user who is using a previous version of PWS that doesn't know about this preference (e.g. 3.30 introduced: 'Browse to URL' copies password to clipboard).

Just like database entry fields, PWS should preserve saved non-default preference values (in the database header) it does not know about, so that they are not lost when the database is saved by the user using a previous version.

The preference doesn't have to be 'new' - could be from an application that uses preferences that are irrelevant to this one.
In any case, fixed, based on dk's patch - revision 5261.
