#6 Support for multiple test assemblies

We have a project with over 500 tests split into four different test assemblies. This is mostly due to performance concerns. A small subset of tests are extremely slow, so we don't want to have to run them continuously during TDD. Unfortunately, this means that PartCover isn't reporting accurate code coverage numbers.

We would like a way to either execute multiple test assemblies as part of a single partcover pass, or somehow aggregate to accurate coverage numbers across different test passes against the same assemblies.
