[PanoTools-devel] Statically linked OS X binaries

Hi Everybody,

I have started providing statically linked "unoffical releases" of the
library. Hopefully that will get some users started. I can also
provide statically linked Linux binaries, but I suspect that the ones
people really want are the windows ones.
