PanicButton is a great idea, I could see it being very
useful here. However many of the PCs I support don't
have email, but are on a local network.
Could you add a config option to save the fault report
on a network share?

I've started work on this. I'm looking at specifying a
folder in the config file, then the screen shot plus a text
file with the report will be saved there in a zip file.
This is now in the CVS, and will be included in the next release
