Hi, I'm trying to set up smtp auth using pam and mysql, but so far it doesn't look as if the pam config file /etc/pam.d/smtp allows for any sort of complex query. The examples that I've found all look something like this: auth sufficient pam_mysql.so verbose=1 user=mysqlusername passwd=mysqlpassword host=hostname db=DBname table=usertable usercolumn=usercolumn passwdcolumn=userPassword account optional pam_mysql.so verbose=1 user=mysqlusername passwd=mysqlpassword host=hostname db=DBname table=usertable usercolumn=usercolumn passwdcolumn=userPassword The problem being I want extra values to the WHERE clause of the mysql query. The usernames are also split into username and domain in my database. Is it possible to do more complex queries through PAM and if so how??? Hints or just links to documentation for this would be great. Thanks Guy -- Don't just do something...sit there! |
