I receive this message when i want to manage the connect : " could not connect to the PALO server on '127.0.0.1', port : 777
When i change the address port, I obtain the same message.
I don't why ?

Well, are you sure, the PALO Server is running correctly? Have you checked the log file?
And if so, maybe there is a firewall blocking the connection?
I had installed the new version PalooCa for Ooo, and I receive the same error message "" could not connect to the PALO server on '127.0.0.1', port : 777".

Did you download the Palo server and start it? In the Linux version you have to do this manually, the Windows version should install it as service.

Shouldn't the port be 7777?
