You don't say what type of authentication you have set Pagetool to use.=20=
The default is http, but cookies can be used by setting:
$ptconf['auth'] =3D 'cookies';
in your pt_config.inc. The default is:
$ptconf['auth'] =3D 'http';
for Basic HTTP Authentication.
In either case, if you shut down your browser application, the entire=20
application, not just the window with Pagetool active, then all login=20
details will be lost. Restart your browser and try logging in again.
If you are still having problems then I'd check your login details. Are=20=
you sure you have the correct username and password combination? Or=20
maybe your browser/OS has remembered your incorrect login, for example=20=
via the Keychain on Mac OS X. Maybe check that the incorrect=20
password/username isn't being passed to the browser via a helper=20
