I am running Windows 95 and I want to install this to my server but on step
2 I keep getting an error that says I have a "Parse error on line 90 of te
pt_config" file. Whats that all about?

I have it running great on WinNT :-) except for the FTP part :-( but I
think that's a PHP problem and not a Pagetool problem.

What do you have just above line 90, on line 87 or there about?? Is it
$ptconf["mysqldump"] = "c:\mysql\bin\mysqldump.exe";
If it is, then change all those \ to \\ (or you could change them to /)
So the offending line becomes
$ptconf["mysqldump"] = "c:\\mysql\\bin\\mysqldump.exe";
$ptconf["mysqldump"] = "c:/mysql/bin/mysqldump.exe";
Actually the mysqldump bit of Pagetool is another bit that doesn't seem
to work to well on a Windows platform, at least not for me :-(
Let us know if that solves your problem.
As Pagetool attempts to FTP the complete pt_config.inc file to your
server, as well as the index.php and test.php files, and FTP doesn't
seem to work for me even though I do have a FTP server running on my
machine, I had to manually create the files using the install script.
Does file upload work on your machine??
