I have installed opt on my plesk server that uses qmail and I have yet to get the return email function to work. If anyone has experience with qmail and opt, please tell me how you did it. I've posted to the plesk forums and gotten no response. I've researched and learned a lot about qmail and have gotten it to the point that the mail server isn't bouncing the emails but they aren't being captured by OPT.
I've turned register globals off but still have the openbase restriction in effect. I don't know that should make any difference.
Anybody got any ideas?

Sorry I can't help. I have never worked (and will not also, I guess) with qmail and plesk. You should get email piping to work with qmail, but as far as I can understand from various mailing lists (Exim, Postfix, Spamassassin on this subject) qmail is seriously broken and support is really hard. I would consider a MTA upgrade ....
