Yohan, Sounds as if you are up and running if you can see the jpl mosaic. That data is being fetched through a wms interface. The rest is providing data sets (elevation and textures) and correcty referencing them in the keyword and preferences file. the preferences file is global for ossim settings, it will provide pointers to your local elevation trees. the kwl file for osgplanetviewer (the command line app) is a brute force way of pointing to local layers, turning on options, and specifying wms sites (as well as local caches). The qt version, that you have up and running just needs some textures. (the ossim_preferences file will set up the elevation) There is some test data on ossim.telascience.org/ossimdata/ test_data.tgz to quickly try it out. download that, drag one of the geotiffs on to the globe of the qt version and it should load. You will want to get some SRTM or DTED trees installed on your local machine for elevation and then point to them with the ossim_preferences file for the topography. We hope to make this a lot simpler in the coming week as the new versions get posted.
