Other than Koha and Avanti, I'm not sure of any FLOSS systems that are of
a sufficiently robust nature to use in production. Not being involved in
Avanti I can't speak to its suitablity for your needs either.
I'll ask the Koha folks who are participating to provide their feedback so
that I can forward it to you and to other interested parties.
