I google searched and found this promising website oss4lib.
The library I'm working in tries to break the ice age and store all the reference data in the system, including reference service we provide through email, phone, and in-person. We don't have a full-time reference librarian but all librarians are conducting reference service by shift in workdays.
I've seen a list of Open Source Software, but like to hear your opinions on this. How is Reference Desk Manager developed by Oregon State U? and any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
