I created the attached patch using eclipse unified
patch against oreports HEAD.

Some of our reports need to be run more frequently than
daily. I started down the path of adding a "times per
day" option to the scheduler, but then I realized, at
least for my power users, what they really need was to
just have the full cron expression language exposed to
them.

This patch changes the report schedule page to let a
user either schedule as before with a time + (once,
daily, weekly, monthly) or now via a custom cron
expression.

Eventually this functionality should really be
permission based so not every user has the rights to
write a cron job that could bring the system down :)
