    I

    I just have installed Openreports
And deployed it to a ubuntu with ip : 192.168.1.110  and  postgres.
I can create user it's OK

But when i create a datasource pointing to an mysql on an other machine i get this error :

    Name someName
    URL         jdbc:mysql://192.168.1.115:3306/myBase
    Driver              com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
    User Name    user
    Password        pass

    error :
error.testing.connection: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Access denied for user user@192.168.1.110 (using password: YES))

It seems openreports don't care the URL field and lookup for a base on the same mahine it is installed ?

can some one help me ?

    thanks

You can definitely connect to another server / database.

Try removing the 3306 port address from the URL.

    jdbc:mysql://192.168.1.115/myBase
