I had created employee in PIM (refer screen 1) , but how come i still cannot get the employee id in ESS Users (refer screen 2) and show an error msg ("please correct the following Employee id should be defined")?
Please kindly advise on this matter.
Thanks.

Danny

Hi Danny,
When creating ESS users , in the Employee field you have to type the first letter of the Employees first name and it will list all the employee names starting from that letter. You can select the name of the employee from that list. In your case you have to type the letter D and it will list Danny GAN.

Chamilla that works. We've got a ton of employees in our system and searching for them was taking ages. Just going through each letter of the alphabet will be a huge time saver.

What you thought is right., but in the Organization where the Employee are >1000+ it will be a nightmare to remember their ID, So typing their names is the best way. Kindly think in Perspective way
