Filter is not working in any google site. Sporadically it will block one item on the first page but all other filters fail to work (same search parameter). Never works on news items. Using ff8 on win7 enterprise.

This is likely because google is using ajax to load pages without refreshing, and OG currently only triggers on page load. This is similar to other problems OG started having when Google Instant launched.
May have to add a trigger run OG on every click on google... a rather ugly solution.

Yes that makes sense. It may be browser specifc. I've been trying it on old ff3.6. Mostly works well but certain filters (~10-20%) don't seem to work e.g. http://perezhilton.com, *.prospect.org etc.
Tried various wildcard/prefix combinations: Haven't been able to determine a pattern yet.
