"/home/sekhar"? opreport seems to be using the wrong session-dir.  This is may be due to a recently reported bug:

This was fixed in oprofile CVS on May 13.  But if you don't absolutely *need* to use session-dir, I would recommend not using it and letting oprofile store the samples in the default location.  Then you don't need to include it on every command.  Either way, I suggest re-init'ing your environment as follows:
 1. opcontrol --deinit (this may fail with a "device busy" error, in which case you need to add the above --session-dir option to the deinit)
 2. rm /root/.oprofile/daemonrc
 3. rm -rf /var/lib/oprofile/samples/current (as well as any other dirs you've tried to use as session-dir)
