I notice CA is providing version 1.1.6 of OWB with version 8.x of the Clarity system, and that version 1.1.6 is going to be provided for download via openworkbench.org this weekend.
My question is: will this 'latest & greatest' version be provided on sourceforge?
Currently, there no plans to release the source code for 1.1.6.
I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice, but according to the license of 1.1.4, the source code for modifications must be made available, regardless of what license the executable form of the modifications are distributed under.
Additionally, the official home of OWB states that "he source code for Open Workbench 1.1.6 will soon be available on SourceForge."
Where can I obtain the source code for the modifications?
Is it still open source if we can't see the source code?
