I'm using a Dutch version of Windows Vista. When making highlights I enter values like 40 or 48. This displayed as 40,00 with a comma. But it is stored in the highllights file as 4.000000e+001, with as decimal point. And thats the problem. On reopening the highlights file OWB doesn't recognize this as 40. The result is that my highlights do not work.
This wasn't a problem inversion 1.1.6, but it is in version 1.2 (and that's the version I have to use).
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Using an Windows Vista with other regional settings is not an opion (unfortunately....)
