forms. Need to incorporate upload functionality.

I'm changing the Summary of this bug report to represent the
fact that this issue is specifically the problem where the
gateway fails to record binary uploads with "unknown
exception".  So is not the "^J" issue covered on the
majority of: 
http://portal.opensta.org/faq.php?topic=BugsMultipartForm
that will get it's own new bug and the page will be updated.

Contrary to what I have said there "may" be further issues
to do with replaying binary data containing NULL
characters... again this needs it's own bug when it has been
clarified.

I have found (using OpenSTA 4.2) that attempting to record 
an upload will crash the recording session.  This is 
unfortunate.  Worse is that it does not restore all the browser 
preferences including home page, and proxy server.  It leaves 
the proxy server set to port 81 on the local machine.

Furthermore, it seems to corrupt the application (or maybe 
just its own proxy server) to the point where it requires a re-
install.

Playback of multipart forms does actually work.

Recording multipart forms however produces invalid scripts,
this is a Bug.
