[OpenSTA-devel] Building the source

The build instructions state that the OpenSTA sources can be built by using
the src/OpenSTA.dsw workspace file.  However, after unzipping the
ostaw32-src-1000.zip file, I could not find the OpenSTA.dsw file.  Can
someone tell me where I can get this file?
