Hi,

I don't know if the bug is in Java or in the player. However this is very typical problem with multithreaded applications. There is one thread playing or recording audio and at the same time some other thread makes ioctl calls on the device or even closes it. In this case it looks like the device has been closed while the playing thread is calling write(). This doesn't make any sense and it's absolutely forbidden.
