#159 Multi-screen custom slide incorrectly savesw

If a multi-screen custom slide in a set contains UTF-8 characters, the text for the screen following will save with characters missing from the beginning. Two characters are cut off for each UTF-8 character.

Analysis: RB's RegEx library returns the absolute byte position for RegEx. RB treats it as a logical character position.
