#873 ntf: Support DNs longer than 255 bytes

Ticket [#191] will add generic support in OpenSAF for DNs longer than 255 bytes. Each individual OpenSAF service will also have to be adapted to support long DNs. NTF has high priority in particular because of the IMCN feature that is used for sending notifications when IMM objects change.

This ticket is for adding support in NTF (including the IMCN daemon) for using either the SaNameT tunneling APIs introduced in ticker [#191], or the new IMM APIs instroduced in ticket [#643].

This ticket seems to have patches under review, yet the status of the ticket
does not reflect that.

Fixed in the following changesets. We could raise a new defect with milestone set to 4.5.0 for trackign any pending comments or defects.
