SLA Subscriptions for openQRM are now available from openQRM Enterprise.
The SLA will give direct access to the openQRM Enterprise Support-Team and Bug-Tracker and provides assistance and bug-fixes for openQRM within an agreed response time according to the SLA level (Basic, Standard, Premium).
An additional Maintenance offering provides a frequent, monthly assistance from the openQRM Enterprise Support-Team for operating and maintaining openQRM. The support package includes certification of the openQRM setup, the installation of updates and new features plus the development of additional, custom functionalities for openQRM.
