Hi! First of all thank all the participant for great product and really titanic job.
Now about a problem - I have added a storage of the type "sanboot-storage" and deployment type "Sanboot Storage Server (Aoe)". Both the OpenQRM server and storage are on the same machine (Debian Squeeze x64). Now when I try to add sanboot storage volume through Sanboot-storage Volume Manager I see the storage but when I click the Edit button page reloads and I get the message "Storage 3 is not of type sanboot-storage"…
In the /var/log/messages I can see just this:
    "Dec 19 14:00:48 storage1 logger: openQRM-cmd-queu NOTICE : Running c1842546f686ca7577f63d9abba580ba with default cmd-timeout 120

    Dec 19 14:00:48 storage1 logger: openQRM engine: Running as root cmd : /usr/share/openqrm/plugins/sanboot-storage/bin/openqrm-sanboot-storage post_vg -u xxxxxxxx -p xxxxxxxx
    Dec 19 14:00:48 storage1 logger:
    Dec 19 14:00:48 storage1 apache2: openQRM sanboot-storage-action: (get_storage) Processing sanboot-storage command get_storage"

Please, point me at least how to debug this situation….
Sorry if I make a kind of duplication but I cannot find anything about this here.

    Hi sboiko69,

thanks, nice to hear you like openQRM!

And thanks for reporting this issue. You actually found a little bug in the deployment-type check of the sanboot-storage plugin. We have just fixed this in the Community Subversion repository.
To go on please run in the src/ directory:

    svn up
    cd plugins/sanboot-storage
    make install

    This will fix it ;)

    thanks again, greetz + best,

    Hi Matt!
Thanks a lot for help but now there is another problem - when I try to start the appliance that uses sanboot-aoe image I get error assigning the image. In /var/log/messages I see:
    /usr/share/openqrm/etc/dropbear/dropbear_rsa_host_key -p xxxxxxxx  root@192.168.233.251 "/usr/share/openqrm/bin/openqrm-cmd /usr/share/openqrm/plugins/sanboot-storage/bin/openqrm-sanboot-storage-assign assign -n -a ev/etherd/e0.1 -i 192.168.233.251 -m 00:15:c5:ef:95:3d -r 4 -z 192.168.233.7 -t aoe-san-deployment"

Looks like there is some bug in the script (it doesn't take the image name and parameter "aoe-device-name" looks strange)

    Thanks for your help,
    Sergii Boiko

    Hi again Sergii,

mhmm, strange. Seems the image name is empty during assignment.
We will check this here in our QA.

many thanks and have a nice day,

    Hi Matt!
Mary Christmass and all the best in the New Year!

There is one more thing - in the device name there is no "/d" in the start position (we have "-a ev/etherd/e0.1" instead of " -a /dev/etherd/e0.1"… May be it's only error in the message but ther is no  /dev/etherd/ directory

    Best regards
    Sergii Boiko
