#217 ERROR in Application High Availability Plugin

ERROR on configuring Application HA .

There is a blank page on the Openqrm administration page under Appliances --> List ---> Configure Application highavailability.
Related to this issue, there is also an error logged to /var/log/apache2/openqrm-error.log with the following output :
" PHP Notice: Undefined variable: resource_id in /usr/share/openqrm/plugins/highavailability/web/openqrm-highavailability-ha-hook.php on line 56 "

    Hi Joseph,

    many thanks for your bug report. Anyway this is working fine in our QA.
    Maybe your openQRM server is misconfigured ? would you be able to debug
    this a bit more ?
