Replacing Resources but keep work % (units)

    When replacing a resource I think it would be normal to maintain the % of work. Is it possible?
    I could not find the way of doing it.

      Actually, this may have to do with 'level of effort' setting... see this link which talks about MS Project which is similar, I believe.  check out this link for more information:

      thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I could not find a way to solve my problem. I might have explained it in the wrong way. An example: I have a project with a certain list of resources and I want to merge it with another one, with the same resources but listed in a different way (that is, with different ID).
      How can I do it?

        Hmmm... I'm not sure that you can do that without manually changing the resource information. I believe that if you merge two projects, resources with the same name get equated... and in fact, I don't see any automated way to merge two projects in OpenProj.
