You must to compile openocd enabling the interface You has.

It appear based on the ft2232 chip.
If You use the propietary driver, You can enable it with, before
compiling the application:

/openocd> ./configure --enable-ft2232_ftd2xx
--with-ftd2xx-linux-tardir=/home/user/ftd2xx (the ft2xx directory
path)

You can get the propietary driver from:

If You use the open source library libftdi

/openocd> ./configure --enable-ft2232_libftdi
