Thanks man, I did manage to configure and compile base on you writtings but I didn't use you patch though. I wanted to test the pristine source of latest stable openobex( openobex-1.1.tar.gz )and obexftp ( obexftp-0.18.tar.gz ). What I did use from you howto are

1. I edited the makefile.in
-AM_PATH_OPENOBEX(1.0.0)
+PKG_CHECK_MODULES(OPENOBEX,openobex)

2. remove the line "builtin(include,tcl.m4)" in aclocal.m4 and acinclude.m4

3. Follow these steps
cat aclocal.m4 >> acinclude.m4
$ aclocal && autoconf
$ ./configure --prefix=$HOME/usbobex PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$HOME/usbobex/lib/pkgconfig/ --disable-perl --disable-python --disable-tcl
$ make
$ make install

The result, I still can't  connect to my Nokia 6260. I still got this error:
algorhythm ~ # obexftp -l /
Connecting...failed: FBS UUID
Still trying to connect
Connecting...failed: FBS UUID
Still trying to connect
