Brian, I've tested linkd with cisco and in my envirromentworks fine. You have to look in link.log and try to get log FATAL. If you have this logs please send me mailing list. What I ca suppose is this: 1) the SNMP data collecton on cisco 4507 fails and too on many other cisco devices (SNMP should be active on nodes for links discovery) 2) DiscoveryLink (the thread tha does the link discovery using snmp collected data) for some reason (NullPointer) crashes!
