Manuel: could you > list the details of this problem? Such as: which screen mode was active, full > screen or windowed, does the previous scaler setting matter (if so, which one > crashes), 100% reproducible or not, which openMSX version (date / ChangeLog > revision), what CPU and Windows version, etc. I could only test it very briefly on my dad's pc, which ran WinME. I got the binary on the 23rd or 24th from Vampier on IRC. It happened to all games I tried (Rollerball at least). I used a settings.xml that switches to full screen at start up. Previous scaler didn't matter, it seemed. It was 100% reproducible. The strange thing is that Reikan and Vampier couldn't reproduce it at all, while Herman could easily reproduce it with any config, setting or software. He just got a crash whenever he switched to scale2x. -- Grtjs, Manuel PS: MSX FOR EVER! (Questions? http://faq.msxnet.org/ ) PPS: Visit my homepage at http://manuel.msxnet.org/ |
