The strange thing is that the 'place' where you hear the wrong samples chagnes when you restart demos or restart the MSX itself. Attached is a sound fragment that illustrates the problem (at about 43 seconds of playing time). The phenomenon occurs at several parts in the demo. In the Coding Meltpots, some times you can hear it just aroudn the time the Sonic appears and also when the big tom tom-drums are heard (they appear as bassdrums instead). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Maggoo (maggoo) Date: 2004-05-26 21:53 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1050664 The problem also happen with AudioWave#3. After the intro music if you select the second song in the menu, you'll hear the samlplekit from the intro song (with the voice sample). This is not correct. It works as if after the first sample kit is loaded in the AudioRam, the next sample kits are not loaded properly. Since I use the same replayer routine in both ML and AudioWave#3, I guess it has to do with something in the sample kit loading routine. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Manuel Bilderbeek (manuelbi) Date: 2003-06-09 18:37 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=78178 Attached a smaller sample. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Manuel Bilderbeek (manuelbi) Date: 2003-06-09 18:19 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=78178 The attachmnet was too big. Please ask me if you need an example. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=421861&aid=751465&group_id=38274 |
