#93 ecospold 1 export starts indexes with 0, but should begin with 1

When exporting ecospold 1 fiels from open LCA, indexes in the file start with 0, but ecospold format requires 1 as starting number.
We could not import our ecospold files with the "ecospoldAccess" tool by ecoinvent center because of this bug.
It relates to the followong fields in the ecospold file (maybe also more):
<dataset number="0"> should be <dataset generator="openLCA 1.3.4" number="1" timestamp="">
-> here, the two fields generator and timestamp are also missing (see separate bug report)
