Back-end assists in generating arbitrary LaTeX from
SGML, similar in many ways to Jade's Transform
back-end. This is a different approach from the
distributed TeX back-end, which directly implements the
DSSSL style language, but requires a special version of
TeX.

The modifications are distributed as a patch to
OpenJade 1.3.2. Apply in the directory containing the
file VERSION, with command 'patch -p3 <
openjade-1-3-2-starlink-2.patch'. Changes the reported
version to 1.3.2-starlink-2

*NOTE* Though this works for me and for others, I have
a report that this back-end interferes with the
standard TeX back-end in some as-yet unclear
circumstances. Please be alert to this, and if you can
reproduce this, please do let me know.

Patch file: apply with 'patch -p3'
